What is it about celebrities that makes them, their lives, and their exploits so... intoxicating? Why do some of us bunch up in mobs and go crazy when we're able to catch a glimpse of them even when they have a big puffy coat drawn up around their face and five sunglassed security guards surrounding them?
Call it hero worship or just plain, old-fashioned curiosity, but the celebrity mob mentality can be a powerful force. So powerful in fact that it sometimes doesn't even matter if you don't know who they are or if they're even famous. Coby Persin decided to take advantage of it and stage an elaborate drop-off in Times Square, complete with security guards, fake screaming fans, and even his own fake GQ magazine cover. He started off with a group of 11 people and ended up with a crowd of hundreds surrounding him, all clamoring to get close to a guy who isn't even famous...
... or maybe it's just that he looks like a carbon copy of Zac Efron...
