Street Cat Rescue: Charlie, The Cat You'll Fall In Love With At First 'Meow'

Flatbush Cats, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, writes in the description of the video, "We found Charlie meowing for help on the streets of Brooklyn. This video also addresses the importance of providing free or low cost spay neuter services to the public, and our partnership with The Toby Project to make that possible in Brooklyn."
