When running with an iPod, make sure of three things. First, make sure that if there is potential for a song to come on that starts very loudly, DON'T have the volume high. Second, when distracted and turning the volume down on your iPod, keep an eye out for cars parked halfway across the footpath, or you will run into it. Third, when you get home and mention the car, keep in mind that saying 'ran into a car' does not reveal that the car was motionless or parked. #LFMF
