This weekend marks the 20th anniversary of the L.A. Riots, a violent outbreak that occurred in the wake of four white police officers who were found "not guilty" for the beating of African-American motorist Rodney King. As is such, someone made @RealTimeLARiots, a Twitter account that chronicles what happened during those turbulent days in the aforementioned real time format. It's an interesting take on what social media would have looked like had it existed in the early 90s.
