Lunch is getting more and more expensive for the one percent. Well, lunch with Warren Buffet, at least. Every year the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway auctions off a meal at New York City's Smith & Wollensky steakhouse. The winning bid this year was $3,456,789, the highest ever. The winner of the previous two lunches, a hedge fund manager, landed a job at Berkshire, although Buffet doesn't see that happening again this time, as conversation tends to skew towards philanthropic endeavors.
