Just 15 minutes by car from the Canadian border, Bellingham, WA, is known as the City of Subdued Excitement.
But an influx of Canadian shoppers crowding the local Costco to save money has Bellingham residents all kinds of excited -- they're pissed off and calling for Costco to "make a special time during the day that is American members only."
The protesters' official Facebook page -- which accuses Canadians of buying up all the milk (by the double-gallon), and commandeering gas lines (with their extra cans) -- already has garnered more than 4,000 "likes."
Costco said it's planning to continue its policy of letting its members shop in any Costco they choose.
