Anti-Gay Group Sued for Using Actual Gay Couple's Engagement Photo
Tom Privitere, Brian Edwards and photographer Kristina Hill are suing Public Advocate of the United States, a group opposing gay marriage, for copyright infringement. The lawsuit claims the group used the couple's engagement photo without their permission on an anti-gay mailer.
