Teen Brings His Community Together By Opening a Pop Up Puppy Park

Troy Melnyk is truly an inspiration. The young teen with a strong passion for people and puppies was inspired to create something in some way to get the people in his community interacting with one another. He even got his family into his plan to create and open a pop-up puppy park in his community!
