Thirty years after the original recording, Band Aid has released its fourth cover of "Do They Know It's Christmas?" featuring - among others - One Direction, Sam Smith, Ellie Goulding, Ed Sheeran, and Chris Martin, Bono and Bastille.
And this time, of course, the cause they are raising money for is Ebola. (Warning: the video starts out with some pretty disturbing images.) The original version was recorded in 1984 for the victims of Ethiopian famine.
Before recording the latest cover, songwriter Bob Geldof says he gave a speech to everyone with updates about the situation in West Africa, according to the BBC.
"I said, 'OK, this is what it's about. When you sing this, be aware that the rest of the world will be singing it with you.'
The song premiered on "The X Factor" Sunday night, and you can buy a copy on iTunes, Amazon or Google Play.
