Artsy Fart of the Day

San Francisco-based artist Jenny Odell has been scrapbooking a little bit of everything seen from Google Satellite view, from nuclear cooling towers and swimming pools to landfills and every basketball court in Manhattan. Each collage artwork in Odell's Satellite Collections is presented as a homogenous cluster of serial objects from everyday landscape, turning familiar things into something more abstract and beautiful.
