As the construction of One World Trade Center nears completion, an escalator is seen being lifted above the Financial District. As for the logistics of moving something like this, Redditor GP417 says:

"The escalator is being lifted by a crane (Freedom Tower). The camera is in the building. The building in view is one of the other trade center buildings (WTC 4), the one on the right in this picture."
