Justice Served of the Day: Facebook Status Leads to Arrest

Watch those humble brags on Facebook, guys. Eighteen-year-old Oregon resident Jacob Cox-Brown updated his Facebook status to let his friends know that he accidentally hit a car while he was driving drunk on New Year's Eve. Classic, right? Well the local police didn't think so. After getting tipped off via Facebook, Astoria Police Department was able to match Jacob's status update to a hit-and-run report, ultimately arresting the teenager on two counts of Failing to Perform the Duties of a Driver.
