This guy seems pretty pleased with himself, so we're not really in any position to give him life advice, but just looking at him should give all you body builders out there a good idea of what can happen injecting yourself with oil.
The substance that he's using to jack up his pecs to double D level is Synthol. From Wikipedia:
Some bodybuilders, particularly at professional level, inject substances such as "site enhancement oil", commonly known as synthol, to mimic the appearance of developed muscle where it may otherwise be disproportionate or lagging.] This is known as "fluffing". Synthol is 85% oil, 7.5% lidocaine, and 7.5% alcohol.It is not restricted, as it is ostensibly sold for topical use only, and many brands are available on the internet.
It's some seriously messed up stuff. Remember that guy who wanted to be The Hulk and ended up almost getting his arm amputated?
