We all know the iconic image of Sean Bean atop The Iron Throne which graced every HBO promotional item for Game of Thrones, but George RR Martin imagines a different design when he's writing about the fun-filled land of Westoros. Enter this drawing by Marc Simonetti. This "death-chair" designed for the upcoming "The World of Ice and Fire", is what George RR Martin had in mind: "a hunched beast looming over the throne room, ugly and asymmetric".
