Scientists Can Tell You What Country Your Beer Is From

Based on the chemical makeup of the water, hops, and other ingredients in the beer, they've managed to determine, with 99.3% accuracy, if a given bottle of brew comes from Germany, Spain, or Portugal. The biggest differences they found were in levels iron, potassium, phosphorous, phosphates, and polyphenols. Yum!
