Incredible Dalek cosplay!

Yes, that is a cosplay - there was a guy inside the Dalek. It could move around, the different parts moved, it could light up and even say, "Exterminate!" Unfortunately, I don't know the cosplayer's name, but he was up at Anime Blast Chattanooga this year.
