First Image of CW's The Flash

Marvel may be winning the war on the silver screen, but DC is continuing it's hold on the TV market. With grant Gustin's The Flash joining the newtwork this fall, is it too little/too late for Marvel's Agents of SHIELD and Netflix programming?
