In the documentary, The Inventor, is the story of Elizabeth Holmes and her company Theranos, and how she lied and cheated investors out of millions of dollars. Theranos, a revolutionary company, claiming they'll invent a way to perform hundreds of medical tests using only a few drops of blood. The problem? It wasn't possible and Holmes never delivered the promised product. Theranos AND Holmes came crashing down when Holmes was finally outed as a manipulator and liar.
