Since the release of Far Cry 4's cover art, internet sleuths have been trying to figure out everything they can about it; is that the player character? What's the deal with that aryan looking tool in purple? Creative Director Alex Hutchinson has done us the service of clearing some of it up:
Just so it's clear for those jumping to conclusions: He's not white and that's not the player. http://t.co/zvqe3uzZI6

Meanwhile, plot details for the game have supposedly leaked on a pre-order page for the game in the Uplay store. The now removed description of the game said:
In Far Cry 4, players find themselves in Kyrat, a breathtaking, perilous and wild region of the Himalayas struggling under the regime of a despotic self-appointed king. Using a vast array of weapons, vehicles, and animals, players will write their own story across an exotic open-world landscape.

The free Limited Edition upgrade includes Hurk's Redemption, a series of three-action packed single-player missions. You'll embark on an epic quest to find a rare artifact while using "The Impaler" harpoon gun.
I guess we'll just have to wait for E3 to find out what's going on with this game.
