Police Arrested The Women Who Ditched a Bag Of 7 Newborn Puppies in Coachella Dumpster

Outrage swelled over the weekend after security footage of a woman disposing of live puppies in a Coachella dumpster went viral. The puppies were survived, and with tips from the public, police were able to arrest a suspect, who also had dozens of dogs at her home living in squalid conditions.
