Being a senior pup has been challenging for Charleston, and with his eyesight getting worse, it’s not easy for him to get used to the new environment, so he has been howling a lot recently

Afraid it will affect and upset the neighbors, Charleston's mom, Sharla Wilson wrote an apology letter and posted it to her neighbors door:
