Hank Pym and Peggy Carter Give Us Hints At Ant-Man's Place In The MCU

This official Marvel Cinematic Universe prelude comic situates Hank Pym (AKA Michael Douglas as Ant-Man), as a scientist working with Peggy Carter in the Cold War. Our best guess: Dr. Pym was once a SHIELD agent. Maybe he even started the Ultron program before Tony and Bruce stumbled onto it years later.
