The First Images of Supergirl

Take a look at the first images of Glee and Whiplash's Melisa Benoist as Supergirl. From Colleen Atwood, designer of the costumes from The CW's Arrow, and Flash, the Supergirl costume "embraces the past, but more importantly thrust her into the street-style action hero of today."

The pilot just began filming, and will air on CBS later this year.
