The Hits Keep on Rollin in, as Alf Star Michu Meszaros Passes Away at 76

About a week ago, Meszaros was found unresponsive in his apartment in Los Angeles. Meszaros stood at a famously (dubbed 'smallest man in the world') petite 2 feet 9 inches tall, and he was discovered performing in a traveling circus before making his debut on television as Alf the alien in a famous '80s sitcom.



He put on performances for some of the world's most widely recognized and hailed figures such as Michael Jackson (who went on to become a dear friend), Jimmy Carter, and Ronald Reagan. 

In the 1980's the city of Hawthorne, California named their shortest street 'Michu Lane' in commemoration of the performer. Rest in peace Michu Meszaros, you'll be missed. And now, a nice compilation of some of Alf's greatest moments:
