This Guy Takes Photos Of Dogs Waiting For Their Owners In What He Describes As a "Contemporary Urban Phenomenon"

Frank Olinsky is a graphic designer, art director, and illustrator who started taking photos of dogs waiting for their owners around is Brooklyn Neighbourhood in New York back in 2007. On his Tumblr page, he writes: "I had started to notice dogs waiting for their owners to come out of coffee shops and delis. I also noticed how individually each dog was responding to this brief separation. I felt compelled to document this contemporary urban phenomenon".
