Med Student Leaves Aggressive Review For Computer Repair Shop, Owner Responds with Fury

Sometimes people come into a store ready to start swinging. When this customer called this business a scam, the owner chose to respond with some convincing aspects of the whole story that were left out of the original review. Business owners tend to put a staggering amount of time and energy into responding to negative reviews, like this person who left a one star review and was met with justified condemnation.

And as we have many, many customers who have come in before you, it would be unfair to them to just skip you to the front of the line.
