Thanks! Did you see the great GIFs of Cali cataff did? Glad you got air back. Is it still pretty hot there? Mostly took nothing but people pics but have some of all the kids I will share. Just so great to see them all having a good time. I have so many good memories of camping. Everyone shud be so lucky to have an IT friend :) You two cook together also don't you, or am I confused? Have any cooking demonstrations planned for fall? Yeah, just strange she popped in intending to stay and then left again.

You came back while we were gone again Hope you got your AC fixed. We shut ours down as it has been getting cool enough not to need it. Firt snow ont he mutain last night. Last 5 day camping trip of the season and it was ossum. 30 people and kids made it for most all the days, community cooking, water fun, lots of campfires, games, drumming. Had it all :) Did you get to see a lot of old friends in Cali? Do anything specia lwhile you were there? I bet Kibby and Chessie were glad to see you back. We still hve old school qwertt cells. Draggng our feet on getting smarty phones for various reasons. Nope on Betsy. She came on line to say she was back and then disappeared again :(

It's no use. Racoons are superior climbers, it's hopeless. My only hope is to wait him/her out, IOW don't put out food for a few days and hope the racoon moves on.. From the cat's irregular visits it's obvious someone else in the area is feeding the cat, but I can't figure out who. What bugs me is I get the impression that the other person is not feeding reliably, ergo kitty will have to hang in there for a few days. Nuts.

Awesome that SD was such fun for you. Is than an annual trip? It's always good to catch up with friends. Becky and I have recovered nicely from the trip. It really only took about a day. Aside from our walks today Becky is fully in relax mode. She woke up from a nap to have lunch and then went right back to sleep. Perhaps my favorite landscape on the trip was at Many Glacier. I was able to stitch together about six images to make a nice panorama shot that I'll blow up into a 12x36 photo that I'll give to the folks. As beautiful as that was, I probably enjoyed that brief time on the Rogue River as much as anything else. Seeing Becky swim is truly a joy. I guess you entertained yourself with iphone familiarization while waiting for the ac repair guys to show. You'll be manipulating that phone like a seven year old in no time. It's always amazing to me how kids are able to make tech work so effortlessly.

It's a long shot. The metal posts holding up the railing are too close together, she may be able to leverage herself, vaseline to the contrary. In my favor is that she is clearly pregnant; wow, is she big. I heard a rustle this morning and spotted the racoon and her nest in a tree. She was coming down and hightailed it back up when she saw me. Timidity is out of character for a racoon, possibly attributable to her condition. I'll let you know tomorrow.
