We don't believe that procrastination is a bad thing. The ways we choose to avoid our responsibilities are usually pretty fun. And that, by deductive reasoning, means that they're good for our mental health. So why not treat yourself to a little "self-care" and peruse this assortment of time-wasting memes?
We all get a little down sometimes, and that's okay. What isn't okay, however, is when you find yourself feeling a little down for weeks or months at a time. At that point it's important to seek out help. We encourage it, but in the mean time we hope these memes can comfort you at least a little bit.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, everybody! That means it's time for us to remind you that it's okay to not be okay sometimes. That being said, we urge you to seek out professional help if you're just not feeling like yourself, or if your mental health is negatively and consistently affecting your daily life. We believe in you!
It's World Mental Health Day, which means we're bringing you some memes that'll resonate with those who suffer from any form of mental illness. Obviously, looking at memes isn't a solution to your problems, but being able to laugh about them can certainly be a form of therapy.
And of course, we gotta remind you to reach out to someone if you're really struggling - it can and does get better!
Mental health issues are obviously no joke, but sometimes we can use humor as a coping mechanism. Just remember that you're not alone in your struggles and these memes might make you feel temporarily better!
Of course, if you're dealing with thoughts of suicide, please call the Suicide Hotline.
