Oh sweetie,,,Thank you for the warning. I am so sorry to hear your babies are ill...I hope and pray they get better soon. I know how hard it is and my thoughts and sympathies are with you. I will ask the vet about the vaccine. {{{hugs}}}

I'm so excited! It's great fun. I'll talk w. Tom over the next couple of days & let you know. If both of us couples are going, we could even reserve a table for 4 -or 6 if Tom's parents want to go. Tom's mom absolutely loves music & going out, but sometimes she is not in good enough health to go. We've been wanting to get them out for a evening for several months. They live abt. 20 min. s. of Elkins. Tom's brother may also want to go, I don't know. If so, he'd drive their parents to & fro (night vision not so good now) Both my in-laws are great & Tom's dad is a hoot - a super storyteller. We'll see, but it would be fantastic to see you there. Something to look forward to!!

I always tell my hubby to forget going out for Valentine's Day & plan to go to Brazenhead Inn, Pub, & Restaurant for their St. Patty's Day celebration. ;-)

http://www.brazenheadinn.com/index.htm I thought that w. St. Patrick's Day being in the air, I'd mention a place that we have gone before to listen to Irish music, have a good Irish buffet, and for hubby to enjoy a Guiness or two. It's at Mingo, WV, just across the county line, in Randolph County. I just called them & they're having their St.Patrick's Day event on Saturday evening, March 13th. They will have an Irish buffet supper (inc. non-alcoholic drinks) for $18.95 & tax & gratuity with live music played throughout the evening. We've been there a few times & really enjoyed it. Of course, the Irish is stronger on my side of the family than my hubby's. Reservations are really rec. (ask for a table nearer the musicians) & of course, they also have rooms. If you go to the website, be certain to check out the history section. It's not that unusual to run into WV folks w. Celtic ancestry, but this guy is an Irishman who moved here, built, rebuilt, opened, & runs Brazenhead Iri

You may have already heard, but a Navy helicopter went down in rugged terrain in Pocahontas County last night. The good news is that all 17 initially survived. However, as of this morn, 3 or 4 were two critically injured to transport until they are stabilized.
