So great to hear from you, my friend! Hopefully we'll 'see' each other more often! The kittehs and I are well. We've had snow 4 or 5 times since Sept!! That's why I live here!! Stay well, dear!!

I didn't have one as much fun as your husband! Haha. Poor dude. It's hard to be on the losing end of cat duking it out with you. Glad you had a good time and got rid of some of those carbs by giving them away. I was on the phone with cheezfriends. We'll talk sometime soon, I hope

That's great your friends are pitching in to get that resume circulated. Sounds like you ae keeping plenty occupied doing things u haven't had time to do. When I first retired I was a bit at loose ends but it didn't take me long to fill my days and now it seems I don't have enough time event hough not working. Might be a getting older thing where I want to cram as much into each day as possible :)

Oh my MM, I am sorry to hear about the job :( Wishing you a successful and quick job hunt. Good that hubs' cafill in for some of that lost income. Very difficult when one is used to 2 incomes to have one cut. All the financial pundit say one should have 6 months worth of wages saved for this kindof thing. But the reality is that very few can afford to do that so thank goodness we do have unemployment benefits to help. I got curious about that and looked in Wiki and that started in the mid 30's. DIdint' realize the program had been around that long, We and MIL are pretty happy and comfy in our new homes with no regrets about the move a all. Keeping my paws crossed for u

I know you are. You always perked up with him when he had been ill and then he perked up.
