Here on ICanHasCheezburger, we love all kiiiinds of kitties. We do not discriminate. We love itty bitty kitties who can still fit in the palm of your hand. We love orange cats who have one braincell (collectively), no matter how many times they accidentally miscalculate and launch themselves into a wall. We love extra floofy kitties, even though they cover every single corner in our house with fur. We love them all. And we give love to them all in the form of pawsome appreciation collections.
We have another one of those collection for you here today - this time showcasing the cats who are large and in charge. Also known as Maine Coons. Those cats are practically mini tigers living in your house, they're that big. But to us, that just means that there is more cat to love.
Seeing these kinds of photos… we can totally, absolutely, 1000% understand why Egyptians used to worship cats. Of course, we still worship cats today - even if they're simply annoying little jerks living in our apartment and peeing on our pillows, but the point stands. This cat is clearly majestic as heck.
Look at your little house cat. Now, look at this cat again. Now, imagine this cat - of this size and stature - sitting on your chest in the morning demanding food. Now, take a deep breath, because we know that you just felt the breathe get knocked out of you.
