My screen name is MelanthiaBast, though it's often just shortened to MelB by pals who don't want to spell it all out *giggles* "Melanthia" means "dark flower" in Greek, and "Bast" is the Egyptian Goddess of many things, but most importantly CATS! So running it all together is "dark flower cat goddess" :D

it is nice to meet a fellow potato--you're the first i've found! my name comes from a high school incident where a friend of mine was pelted in the head with a flying potato. i have no idea who threw it, but it hit his head so hard that a chunk broke off and went flying in another direction! that was almost a decade ago, and i still smile whenever i think about it. :)

Hey thanks. I finally figured out how to get it posted. I'm proud to say that I am computer illerate and my hubby is still trying to drag me into the technical age with me kicking and screaming all the way. With that said, I've learned enough to sell my goodies on ebay and find my way around my favorite site...this one, of course! As for odd pairings, me: resistant to the tech stuff, hubby: computer expert that can build them and builds lab simulation equipment for really big machines to make sure they work correctly.
