Woman Gets Co-Worker Fired For Offensive Joke

This woman asked the people of Reddit whether or not she was in the wrong for reporting a class clown of a co-worker who continued to tease her about her name. She took great offense to it, and decided to inform her supervisor about it. He ended up getting fired during the holidays as a result. So, was she in the wrong for running that back to the supervisor, or was her decision absolutely called for?
