Pilot Reports Random Jet Pack Guy at 3,000 Feet

A pilot landing at LAX called air traffic control about a "guy in a jet pack." Probably the most interesting part about this whole thing is that, evidently, if you fly a jet pack within 300 meters of an airplane, they won't really do anything about it?
