This video shows a rare albino buffalo calf who has been attracting a lot of attention and big crowds in India. Experts say only one in every ten million calves are born all white. That's super flipping rare. This calf, born in the village of Pragpar in the Kutch district of Gujarat a state in Northern India, has Indian folks flocking left and right on their way to worship this rare animal.
Buffaloes are almost exclusively born black or brown. Imagine the surprise of the farming family when this one came out white! The buffalo species originated in India. The present day domesticated buffaloes are the descendants of Bos arni found in wild state even today in north-eastern parts of India specially Assam and the surrounding areas.
