Elk Freed From Tire Stuck Around Its Neck for Years (Video)
If you ever need a reminder about the goodness in the world, then nothing could work better than a good old fashioned video of an animal being rescued, especially a wild animal. In this case, Colorado wildlife officials spotted an injured animal, a wild Elk to be precise, with a tire around his neck. This poor injured soul had been walking around with a tire over his neck for years, and desperately needed someone to step in and remove it.
Thankfully, the wildlife officials were good samaritans and stepped in to help. This emotional video shows a wildlife ranger freeing the poor Elk, and the incredible result once the beautiful elk is finally free, safe, and happy!
