Momma cat brings her hungry kitten to the kind woman who fed her, the woman adopts the kitten, and the feline mom occasionally comes to visit and eat, bringing the fluffy father along with her

People can say as many times as they want that cats are selfish creatures, but we know better. We have loved cats for far too long to believe that. And although we can tell a whole bunch of stories about how much cats love their humans and are incredibly caring and are there for us when we need them, we think that the best piece of proof for just how unselfish cats are is the way that cats moms are willing to do anything for their kittens. 

Cat moms will hold onto their kittens for dear life in any and all dangerous situations. Cats moms will run into burning buildings - literally! - to save their kittens, without any care for their own well-being. They are even willing to do the scariest thing of all for their kittens. Cat moms will ask humans for their help if they feel like it will give their kittens the best possible chance, no matter how spooky humans are. Which is what the cat in today's story did. The momma is feral, and that's not going to change, but her kitten… she gave her kitten a chance at a better life by reaching out to this kind woman who fed her.
