Tenant's Pipe Breaks, Stuff Gets Ruined, Landlord Won't Break Lease

What a fine and mighty example of a property manager being totally unreasonable. In this case, a tenant moves into a new place, a pipe breaks, their stuff gets ruined, and as they're living out of a motel while repairs are being made, the property manager won't break the lease. Well, due to that display of inconsiderate rudeness, a domain name was basically held hostage until proper negotiations were had.
