Redditors Share Photos Of Their Pet Perching On Their Shoulders

There's something overwhelming sweet about seeing an animal perched on a human's shoulder! You can feel the bond the animal and humans share from this simple placement and it simply warms our hearts.

We have no idea where this challenge stemmed but we're assuming someone on Reddit began the trend that spread like wildfire throughout the subreddit r/aww community! Redditors were challenging the community members with an image of them and an animal perched on their shoulder. What sort of animals on their shoulders? From rodents to reptiles to birds, to cats and dogs and even a horse! It's a lovely mish-mash of people and animals and it just makes us smile.
