IT Guy Assumes Professor Understands Technology, Professor Proves Otherwise

Don't judge a book by its cover. For better or for worse. What initially seems like a promising situation with a professor who gives off technology savvy vibes, ends up devolving into a puzzling situation where the IT dude has to work around the professor's glaring lack of knowledge on how an internet browser works. At least the issue was able to be "resolved."
