Hands up if you have a mini house panther! We have a deep love for black cats. Mostly because black cats tend to be misunderstood and underappreciated when it comes to the variety of different cats out there. For centuries black cats have been getting a bad rep but recently things are starting to change. We feel more people now than ever are seeing black cats in a new light, and it's so wonderful to see.
Black cats are the least likely to be adopted from a shelter but we're here to tell you, scratch that, we're here to show you why you'd want a black cat. A cat black means you'll best friends with a mini house-panther. And who in their right mind wouldn't want a panther of their own? It's like Rajah from Disney's Aladdin, only way cooler.
People still believe that if a black cat crosses your path, it symbolizes bad luck. And worse of all, there is a belief that black cats are in danger around Halloween time. Due to these superstitions, it may be wise to make sure your house panther(s) are kept indoors come October. Did you know that animal shelters also tend to hold the adoption of black cats until after Halloween? Start move but so sad that it's even necessary.
