As kids, we never knew how draining adulting could be. We imagined adulthood as staying up all night while stuffing our faces with all the junk food in the world without any consequences whatsoever. Unfortunately, we have to stick to our own curfews in order to be able to function the next day and hold back on junk food sometimes because that will ultimately lead to a downward spiral from both a physical and emotional standpoint.
