Anyone who has ever grinded through the exhausting state of existence that can be working a job at a call center has likely fielded their fair, infuriating share of terribly entitled and delusional customers. This customer sounds like they're on a level of their own. They had the nerve to get totally nasty toward a call center employee over the employee's elected professional nickname. Like, what? It seems like some people really just need to have a fight with someone over something no matter what.
