We're not sure what was going through this Karen's head. To have the nerve to literally expect your kid to be able to just steal another kid's toys, just because, escapes all rhyme and reason. It sounds like the dude on the other end of this put her in her place, and it wasn't the first time -- nor will it be the last time. Some folks are hurting for the reality check more than others.
