Angry Customer Doesn't Realize That It's April

Hey man, these are strange times. Time itself seems to be kicking along at the strangest pace. It could be a result of the dystopian world we all found ourselves muddling through about a year ago. With that being said, it doesn't hurt to check that calendar before bombarding a call center with a fiery complaint that absolutely could've been avoided in the first place.
