I feel like we have all been in this situation before lol. Our cats just want those bugs so dang much, sitting there, chirping at the ceiling, so upset that they cannot reach them. No matter how afraid of the dang bug I am, even I will end up lifting my little fluffball to help them have their victory.

Amazingly, this is actually one of those things that cats do to show us their affection. Mimicry of our positions, pretending to do the things that we are doing - that's how cats show each other love, and it is how they show us love in turn. Which makes this even more wholesome than it already was.
