People's Craziest Neighbor Stories

What's with people messing with other people's lawns? Also, it seems like there's a pattern with all of these "crazy neighbor." Specifically, a whole lot of them seem to be right out of the HOA. There's something about the dang HOA that just brings out the very worst in people. Boundary issues run amok.     Font - StretchDude · 1d 4 Awards Had a neighbour who wouldn't let anyone use his driveway because he didn't want it to get dirty. Anyone including himself. He parked on the street outside. If he thought you were having a party he would drag a bunch of plastic bags full of god knows what to the end of his driveway so no one could turn around it.
