There's always gonna be someone who says a thing isn't spicy enough. So why not give them an opportunity to fly too close to the sun and get burned? Some customers will stand by their bad decisions, like this customer who demanded an extra hot tea and actually accepted it. But sometimes customers are so rude with their demands that they get the royal treatment like this rude gentleman who demanded no ice and got less than that.
When it comes to dealing with customers who can never be satisfied, this is a totally new tactic: giving them exactly what they want and letting them regret their own decisions. Personally, I can't handle any type of spicy. I'm genuinely impressed anyone can handle the spiciest, let alone demand something hotter. Props to them, but also they got exactly what they wanted.
