Every industry has their secrets. They have a certain image they look to put out into the world that may or may not align with how they actually do business. It's called 'growing your brand image.' Employees can get in a lot of trouble for revealing certain secrets and often have to sign NDA's if they're really that pressing. Don't even get us started on Disney. But not every place is as strict, and once their employees move on, they're free to spill the tea.
It was Reddit user u/WoOoOo0oShHhHh (iconic name btw) who asked people to share industry secrets from the fields they've worked it. These industry workers really did not hold back. And for that we say, Thank you for your service.
Well, this is very good to know. But this is probably rue of every industry that requires an intense 'closing up' ritual. The quicker the customers leave, the quicker you can too.
