Safety Fails That Would Have OSHA Foaming At The Mouth

Anyone who has ever worked a physical job has probably had to do make unsavory and risky decisions for about 12 dollars an hour, 10 after taxes. We'd rather not do things like this, but when your boss is breathing whiskey-flavored breath down your neck and telling you to get on the top of the forklift or get fired, OSHA unapproved moments of safety failure tend to happen. And then there are the dudes who tape 3 ladders together to save a 30-minute trip to the hardware store. Everyone has priorities.
